VP Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the internationally active VP Bank Group. Since 1988, we have been offering our clients convincing, personalized solutions.

Performance and trust - this business philosophy has been lived and breathed every day since Guido Feger founded Liechtenstein-based VP Bank in 1956. Today, the ca. 70 employees at VP Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. vouch for the same qualities.

Our core competencies lie in the field of asset management and investment advice for private and institutional investors, as well as in the pan-European distribution of investment funds. Our clients particularly appreciate the unbiased advice we offer: we take into account also third-party products and services in our recommendations and can call on a global network of proven partners and experts.

To date, VP Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. is the only bank in the Grand Duchy to have a parent company in Liechtenstein. As a joint-stock company, we are subject to Luxembourg law and regulatory supervision by the «Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier» (CSSF). We are a member of the Luxembourg Bankers Association (ABBL) as well as the Deposit Insurance Fund (AGDL). Moreover, the asset management company VPB Finance S.A. has belonged to VP Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. since 1998.

A guarantee for continuity, independence and sustained quality is the fact that a sizeable portion of our parent company’s equity capital is held by two major shareholders.
