As a joint-stock company under Luxembourg law, we have the status of a fund management company and are subject to regulatory supervision by the «Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier» (CSSF). In our role as an asset manager, we are also a member of Luxembourg’s Deposit Insurance Fund (AGDL).
